We signed up for our first ever lead management system on Tuesday - Agency Reach - with Farmers’ own Riggs Quayle. Prior to that, we lived like the dinosaurs.

Today while the whole team was in the back playing the weekly games, an Everquote lead came in unnoticed. The Agency Reach app on a producer’s phone notified him in live time that a customer responded to the automated text message that Agency Reach had sent. The customer’s response was the he was “doing it online”.

It took a second to decipher that the customer was probably confused and thought we were the company he was working with online. The producer responded that we are Farmers and that our prices are awesome. The response back was that the customer was already in the process of binding with Progressive online and how long would it take.

Sensing the urgency, we said 10 minutes. The Custer didn’t want to talk on the phone but waited for us to finish. We beat progressive and signed up his $5k annual auto premium.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s a certainty that he would have already been with Progressive and probably never answered his phone for us if not for the automated system of Agency Reach.

That single deal that we wouldn’t have otherwise gotten - in day two of signing up - paid for six months of the program. Very impressive.
